Finding Inspiration in Every Turn

At Burn Pilates and Strength Training, we had a dream to merge the incredible benefits of the Pilates method with the health benefits of Strength training. Our goal is to focus each class on proper biomechanics (form and movements) while challenging our minds and bodies to develop functional strength. We believe that when you challenge your physical limits you also challenge your mental limits. Training both of these helps us become strong, capable, and thriving individuals.

Our Story

Burn started first in Hanford 2023 with two instructors, Dianna Cochrane and Crystal McCarty. Thanks to our amazing community the studio grew, we now have location in Visalia and our team keeps growing!

We decided to open a studio in Hanford to be able to share the benefits of Pilates with Hanford and Lemoore. Our founder is comprehensively certified Pilates instructor through Balance Body and NCPT Certified teacher, she is also a Personal trainer, Biomechanics specialist and performance trainer. 

​

Because of her background in movement her dream was to keep multiple modalities actively trained in the studio, Pilates, strength and cardio while keeping a focus on training proper movement. Burn Pilates mission is to teach people how to move and support their bodies so that they can take it with them into their daily lives and feel good moving in their body.
